Craig
Epifanio has been in practice since 1997. Initially
starting at the Pinellas-Pasco Public Defender's Office,
he was a trial attorney who only represented those in
need of representation and who never represented the
State that prosecuted them. He has represented
thousands of individuals charged with crimes in the
years since being in practice. The charges include,
among other things, DUI, domestic violence, burglary,
sex crimes, and violent felonies.
After leaving the Public Defender's
Office, Craig represented those injured in accidents
and also the doctors that pursued PIP claims against
insurance companies. Craig has helped obtain favorable
settlements and verdicts on behalf of many of his
clients.
Currently, Craig Epifanio, P.A. practices
exclusively in criminal defense, personal injury, and
wills/trusts. The cornerstone of our Success is the quality
relationship we maintain with clients. Clients are treated
with respect for THEIR needs and objectives. The
firm's approach focuses on those client goals and on
each client's background. We are committed to
responding promptly to telephone calls, to reporting
on cases regularly, and most importantly to listen and
communicate in plain English with our clients.
